GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Licensed Pre Trainer
Cynthia is a licensed trainer and Master Trainer apprentice/ pre-trainer (teacher trainer) in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods. She is also a licensed trainer for GYROTONER® and all other Specialised Equipment including ARCHWAY®, Leg Extension Unit and Jumping Stretching Board.
Her teaching has a strong focus on the therapeutic value of the GYROTONIC® method that helps clients of all ages for Pre-and Rehabilitation, to achieve optimal postural biomechanics and to re-pattern and enhance quality of movement for better health. She is also trained in woman fitness that focuses on exercises for pre and postnatal, diastasis recti recovery, menopause, pelvic floor health and scar management.
Cynthia is an experienced GYROTONIC® teacher trainer for many years and she has conducted many Pre-Training courses, helping aspiring instructors build a solid foundation in the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods. In addition to client sessions and courses teaching, she is dedicated to mentoring students, guiding them through their professional development with a thoughtful and hands-on approach. With a passion for sharing knowledge and elevating the next generation instructors, Cynthia continues to be a trusted figure within the GYROTONIC® community.
Cynthia holds a MSc (Hon) in Urban Planning and specialised in tourism and was in the field of international development in her earlier career. She has been moving around the world with her family for the last 20 years - she has lived in Hong Kong, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, China, Russia and is now busy travelling between Switzerland and Singapore.

SIN Yin Ling
Partner and Senior Trainer
GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Licensed Trainer
Yin Ling is a licensed trainer in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods. Her teaching integrates functional movement principles with a strong focus on optimal postural biomechanics, joint mobility and breathing coordination. She is also licensed in specialised equipment including GYROTONER®, Leg Extension Unit and Jumping Stretching Board. She trains in women's heath and specialises in Pre- and Postnatal Applications and Applications for Osteoporosis. These specialties allow her to tailor movement support for her clients and promote a safe and effective movement routines throughout every stage of life.
Yin Ling has a strong clientele base of senior population and specialises in senior movement coaching. She offers a thoughtful, empathetic approach tailored to the unique needs and goals for older adults. Her approach is structured, responsive, and client-centered - adapting sessions to support individuals across all life stages and fitness levels.
Yin Ling is a coding teacher over a decade and works very well with children and teenagers. She is known for her clarity in coaching, steady presence, and ability to create a safe and effective environment for learning. She is committed to help clients build sustainable strength, restore functional movement and cultivate long-term physical well-being through the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods.

Rachel KANG
Senior Trainer
GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Licensed Trainer
Rachel is a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® certified instructor, integrating breath, rhythm, and spinal movement to help clients enhance posture, recover from injuries, and move with greater freedom. Her approach emphasizes fluid, circular, and three-dimensional movement, creating a natural and effortless way to build mobility, strength, and coordination.
She is also fully certified in STOTT PILATES® (Level 1 & 2), complementing her expertise with a strong foundation in postural alignment and movement mechanics. Her continuous pursuit of knowledge has led her to study Anatomy Trains® (Scoliosis Work), The Franklin Method®, and Fascial Movement, allowing her to develop a holistic, personalized approach for each client.
Rachel Kang has a deep passion for helping people to move with ease, find the connection, and build the strength. After relocating to Singapore and becoming a mother of two, she experienced firsthand how pregnancy, daily responsibilities, and habitual movement patterns could lead to discomfort and chronic pain. In search of relief, she discovered movement practices that not only transformed her body but also reshaped her understanding of functional strength and alignment.
Through her own experience, Rachel understands that movement is not just about fitness — it’s about feeling at home in your body. Whether working with athletes, rehabilitation clients, or those simply seeking greater ease in daily life, she is dedicated to helping others to move better, feel better, and live better.

KWAN Yue Tong

Yue Tong is a licensed trainer in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods. She is also a licensed trainer for specialised equipment GYROTONER® and Jumping Stretching Board.
Yue Tong is a former contemporary dancer who loves movement. Her love for movement and music started at a very young age. She moved to New York City at 16 to pursue her studies in dance and graduated at the London Contemporary Dance School in United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons).
Being surrounded by athletes and experiencing the intensity of the body under trainings and performances, she discovered her journey in Pilates and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® as ways of body conditioning and maintenance.
As a former dancer with repeated injuries, Yue Tong approaches movement with mindfulness and strive to sustain the wellness of the body and mind.

Claire YANG
Senior Trainer

From Toronto to Singapore, Claire has always believed that movement has the power to heal.
As a fully certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods instructor, she holds comprehensive certifications in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, including Levels I & II, specialised equipment such as GYROTONER®, Jumping Stretching Board and ARCHWAY®, Exploring the Extremes, Breathing Course, and multiple advanced continuing education programs.
With years of teaching experience in both Canada and Singapore, Claire works with clients from all walks of life—from beginners and office professionals to athletes, prenatal & postnatal mothers, and those recovering from pain or injuries.
Known for her gentle, encouraging, and detail-oriented teaching style, Claire creates a supportive environment where every client feels seen, heard, and guided at their own pace. Her sessions combine movement, breath, body awareness, and functional strength to help clients move better, feel better, and live better.
She believes true transformation does not come from pushing harder—it comes from understanding your body, respecting it, and allowing it to move the way it was designed to.

QianYu CHEN

GYROKINESIS® Licensed Trainer
Qian Yu is a mindfulness and somatic movement practitioner inspired by the GYROKINESIS® Method, bringing over two decades of corporate experience in finance and risk management into a deeply intentional second chapter rooted in embodied practice and holistic wellbeing.
Qian YU creates warm, inclusive spaces where participants explore awareness, resilience, ease, and inner balance through a thoughtful blend of mindfulness, meditation, and movement. Her approach is grounded yet gently playful — helping people reconnect with themselves and cultivate sustainable daily practices.
Beyond movement, Qian Yu hosts a growing podcast platform exploring mindfulness through lived experience and host open dialogue. She is currently completing her MBSR Teacher Certification at UC San Diego's Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute.
