Our teacher mentoring program provides the skills and knowledge needed to safely and effectively teach the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods to your clients. Our experienced instructors guide you through the process of in depth learning and detail understanding of  the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® hands-on and verbal cueing techniques. 

 

Through our mentoring program, you will learn to teach GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® exercises with confidence. We strive to promote a GYROTONIC® community that connect our fellow trainers and gain the necessary experience and skillsets to become a successful GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® teacher.
