Teacher Trainings
As a teacher training studio, we provide a professional and friendly learning environment for the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® community. We conduct teacher trainings for both the methods and also host our very best international Specialised Master Trainer from time to time. We also offer Master Classes by international reclaimed Specialised Master Trainers and GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® teacher mentoring programs.
We believe that education is the key to provide certified instructors with the best skillsets for clients and we strive to create an atmosphere that fosters growth and development.

Level 1 Foundation

To provide a more in depth understanding of the exercises in the GYROKINESIS® level 1 format 1 class and format 2 class and to provide students with the specific skills and techniques to teach these exercise sequences to others. During this course, a GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer introduces the principles, and teaching techniques underlying the GYROKINESIS® level 1 exercise syllabus.

Applications for Breast Cancer
November 12 - November 14, 2025
This course aims to equip GYROTONIC®️ Trainers a basic theoretical understanding of breast cancer and practical tools to work with clients navigating the breast cancer diagnosis. Trainers will also learn strategies adapted to various stages of treatment and recovery, along with modifications and exercise variations customised to each client's unique condition and medical journey.
Besides theoretical understanding of the origins of breast cancer, risk factors, prevention, anatomy, treatment types and their effects on the body, Trainers will earn four customizable exercise progressions to better serve their clients/patients. The course also includes GYROKINESIS®️ homework sequences designed specifically for this population, and they will learn 4 new programs on the pulley tower.
