Service Description
A 60-75 min class in group setting guided by a certified GYROKINESIS® instructor to go through a selected series of movement seated, standing and chair-assisted floor exercise mainly through verbal cues. This class is typically theme based (for example, focus on shoulder opening, hip mobility, breathing etc) and is suitable for general population of all ages and all physical capabilities. Min. 3 participants required. Prior experience required for intermediate or advance classes.
