GYROTONIC® Master Trainer Apprentice and Pre-Trainer
Cynthia is a licensed trainer and Master Trainer apprentice/ Pre-Trainer (teacher trainer) in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods.
She has been trained in this movement system for 20 years and has regularly conducted Pre-Training Courses since 2019 in the Asia Pacific region namely in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Follow on GYROTONIC® Foundation Course in March 2027
To provide a foundational understanding of the GYROTONIC® level 1 exercises and prepare students physically for the GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course. During this course, students focus on gaining experience and developing a personal understanding of the exercises on the Pre-Training Course exercise list.
