Cynthia is licensed trainer and pre-trainer (teacher trainer) in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods under the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®.
She has been trained in this unique movement system for over 18 years and certified in GYROTONIC®️ and GYROKINESIS®️ Methods since 2007 and 2011 respectively.
GYROTONIC®
Level 1 Pre Training
January 31 - February 5, 2026
To provide a foundational understanding of the GYROTONIC® level 1 exercises and prepare students physically for the GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course. During this course, students focus on gaining experience and developing a personal understanding of the exercises on the Pre-Training Course exercise list.
